I was disappointed when I saw it in person. The diamond looked cloudy instead of bright and sparkly, and the gemstone color wasn’t great either. I was really hoping it would look nicer, but it just came off dull to me.

Maybe it’s just me, but I was a little disappointed with how my ring came back after the resize and repair. It just looked kind of rough to me, and not quite as polished as I expected

The whole order went smoothly, with no hassle or weird delays. I got decent updates along the way, and when everything arrived, it was exactly what I was expecting.
Overall, they came across as really trustworthy and easy to deal with. I’d happily order from them again, it’s nice finding an online jeweller that actually feels reliable

I didn’t expect them to have such a big range! I started off just looking at rings, but then got pulled into checking out the earrings and necklaces too :) There’s loads to choose from, and it was really easy to compare different styles.

I wouldn’t order from them again

Customer service was great. They got back to me quickly and answered the few questions I had in a way that was easy to understand. It didnt feel pushy at all, which I appreciated. Made the whole process simple, and Id definitely be happy to shop with them again
